Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A Launched, Full Specifications

China's smart phone maker Xiaomi has launched another Redmi Note smartphone. The name of this handset, launched in the domestic market, is Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A. Two models of this smartphone have been launched - Standard Edition and High Edition. There are three variants of the phone. The initial variant (2 GB RAM + 16GB storage) is worth 699 Chinese Yuan (around Rs 6,700). Fingerprint scanners have been provided in both premium variants and their specification is also better. The variant of 3 GB RAM and 32 GB storage variant is worth 899 Chinese yuan (about 8,600 rupees). At the same time, 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage variants will get 1,199 Chinese yuan (around 11,500 rupees). The sale of this smartphone in the local market will begin on Tuesday. In the Chinese market, this handset has been made available in Champagne Gold, Rose Gold, and Platinum Silver Gray. At present, No information has been given regarding the launch of this handset in India.

First of all the initial variants of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A will run on MIUI 9. There are two separate SIM cards and different slots for the MicroSD card. It has a 5.5-inch HD display. It has 2 GB RAM with Snapdragon 425 processor. Inbuilt storage is 16 GB and users will be able to use microSD card up to 128 GB.

This variant of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A will come with the 13-megapixel rear sensor which is equipped with LED flash support, PDAF, F/2.2 aperture, HDR mode and real time filter. The front panel has a sensor of 5 megapixels with F/2.0 aperture. The battery is of 3080 mAh. It has been claimed about 35 hours of talk time and 11-day standby time. The dimension of the initial variant is 153x76.2x7.5 millimeters and weighing 150 grams. The connectivity features include 4G, Bluetooth V4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11b / g / n, Wi-Fi Direct and GPS + GLONASS.

This smartphone comes with Metal Body. The antenna band is on the back part. Capacitive buttons, USB type-c ports and dual speaker grill are at the bottom. The premium variant also has a fingerprint sensor on the back side.

Now talk about the premium variants of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A. There is also a 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) resolution display. There is a protection of 2.5 Corning Gorilla Glass. It uses the Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor. Two variants are launched - 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB storage and 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. Both variants will support MicroSD card (128 GB). The good thing is that the phone does not have a hybrid slot, i.e. now there are different slots for both SIM and MicroSD card.

Now the most important feature of this phone is the front camera. Its sensor is 16 megapixels. It is equipped with F/2.0 aperture and 76.4-degree wide angle lens. The primary camera is 13 megapixels. Its aperture is F/2.2 and it comes with techniques like PDAF, Panorama mode, and HDR. The battery is of 3080 mAh. The phone will run on the MIUI 9 based on Android Nougat.

Dimensions of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A are 153x76.2x7.7 millimeters and weighs 153 grams. The fingerprint sensor is present on the back of the handset. The connectivity feature includes Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11b / g / n, GPS, GLONASS and USB port. It is a part of features such as Accelerometer, Ambient Light Sensor, Gyroscope and Electronic Compass.
