Poco M2 Launched in India

Poco released its new phone today as Poco M2 via youtube streaming. Poco M2 is speculated to be a budget phone for the Millenials with all the latest features and technology. Poco is already on the top in the smartphone market and this new phone will further enhance its popularity.

The launch unveiled the specifications and price of the phone. The unique selling points of Poco M2 are:

• 5000 mAh Battery
• AI Quad Rear Camera
• 8 MP Front Camera
• 6.5-inch screen with HD+ resolution
• MediaTek Helio G80 SoC chipset

Further, it runs on MIUI 12 software. The Quad camera comprises- 13 MP + 8 MP + 5 MP + 2 MP. Both the rear as well as front cameras are designed for excellent quality pictures and videos with additional features. The phone also supports 18W fast charging. Poco M2 has a type-C charging port and also Bluetooth version v5.0. It is a three-slot device with 2 nano sims and a micro sd card support availability.

The device is launched in three color variants- Brick Red, Pitch Black, and Slate Blue. The RAM variants announced for Poco M2 are 6 GB + 64 GB and 6 GB + 128 GB. The 64 GB variant is priced at Rs. 10,999 whereas the price for 128 GB variant is set as Rs.12,499. Poco also revealed that this smartphone will be Flipkart exclusive and will be available on sale from 15 September.

Poco has already launched Poco M2 Pro earlier this year. It is still in great demand. Poco M2 is expected to gain the same popularity based on its specifications as a mid-range phone.
