Mi TV Horizon Edition Launching in India
Xiaomi launched it's much talked about Mi TV Horizon Edition
this afternoon at 12 pm. The commencing was streamed through Xiaomi India’s
YouTube and social media handles. It is speculated to be a strong entrant in
the list of some already released Android TVS brands of the same range.
Mi TV Horizon comes in two screen sizes: 32-inch and 43-inch. Both the variants support HD+ resolution and will run on Xiaomi’s Android TV-9 based platform. A total of 5000 apps will be endorsed by the Edition. Its internal storage capacity is 8 GB and RAM is 1 GB. Talking about the processor, it works on the Cortex processor that is A-53.
This new series has a built-in Google Assistant and
Chromecast. Furthermore, it supports the Google Data Saver feature and Mi
QuickWake that helps you wake your TV in 5 seconds. Talking about the audio, New Mi
TV Horizon Edition supports 20W stereo speakers with DTS-HD technology and 3.5
mm audio jack. The ports available in it for connections are- An Ethernet port,
3 HDMI ports and 2 USB-A ports.
The Mi TV 4A Edition prices are also revealed for both the
screen size variants. The 32-inch screen is priced at Rs. 13,499 and the 42-inch at
Rs. 22,999. Both the variants will be live for sale on different platforms and
scheduled for different dates as well. The 32-inch screen is announced for sale
on 11 September and will be available at Flipkart.com and Mi.com. Amazon will be
selling the 42-inch variant and the sale will be on 15 September. Both the
variants will be available on offline channels as well.
As per the previous sales of Mi TV’s, expectations are high for the Mi TV 4A Edition as well. High popularity and a good number of sales are expected for this Mid-range series.
